We are a small-scale, grass-fed dairy operation based in beautiful Prineville, Oregon. Windy Acres is committed to producing wholesome, high-quality raw dairy products for our community. Our focus on animal welfare and pasture-based nutrition reflects a simple truth: healthy, happy cows produce the best milk – meaning quality and nourishment you can trust.

Our Central Oregon raw milk herdshare is the only in the area to provide delicious raw dairy products beyond our creamy, grass-fed A2/A2 milk. While we’re best known in our community for our raw milk cheeses, we also produce a wide array of other raw dairy treats including cream, butter, ice cream, yogurt, kefir, buttermilk, colostrum, sour cream and much more. We also offer a selection of traditional farmhouse goods, including several varieties of raw and unpasteurized honey, pastured chicken and duck eggs, sourdough breads and pies, jellies, jams and a thousand other things we think up as we’re continually blessed with nature’s bounty.
